We have a new face in town, and he’s already making a wonderful impression. Please join us in giving a huge, warm welcome to Joe Smith, who’s now leading the team over at Walmart in Post Falls! Joe’s actually come all the way from Alaska, and he’s really looking forward to making Kootenai County his brand new home.<\/strong><\/p>

Turkeys & More Thanks Unity Church Congregants as a $5,000 Diamond Donor in 2025<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Turkeys & More (T&M) thanked donors from Unity Church in a recent picture for raising over $5,000 in funds for 2025 Thanksgiving turkeys. Unity Church has been a Diamond Donor for the last three years, and their campus was also the distribution sight. Over thirty-five people contributed monetarily to achieve the $5,000 Diamond Donor status. Twenty-five of their congregants also helped on distribution day by handing out turkeys or providing nourishing soup or chili for the ninety volunteers. Others helping pass out turkeys last November included members of the Coeur Group, Slick Rock Tanning, and Altrusa Coeur’d Alene. Turkeys & More thanks our community for all their past support and welcomes their continued help. Nancy Nelson, president of Turkeys & More said our charity group meets every month and welcomes new volunteers to serve on various committees.
